Summary	“Going Underground” update adding underground equipment, tunnelers, new reinforcement buildings and further control & UI improvements.

Version 0.15 was the Going Underground update for Out of Ore. It introduced the first proper underground mining equipment, new tunnel-cutting machines, and supporting buildings, while also continuing the 0.14 work on controls and the toolbar.
